We ship worldwide (DHL or Fedex express). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will cancel your order.
Whether it's a vintage or ready to ship products, please expect your orders to ship within 3 to 5 days. If the products are made to order, which means we create your rug after your order has been placed. At this time, please expect your orders to ship within 4 to 6 weeks.

For 10x14 rugs, please expect your orders to ship within 8 weeks.
